About the lab boxing & fitness

The Lab Boxing and Fitness offers a dynamic training program that combines boxing and kickboxing with strength and conditioning. Our program incorporates weight training, plyometrics, calisthenics, and functional training exercises to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. Each class is designed to enhance mobility, coordination, endurance, and strength, while also providing hands-on coaching in the ring to refine boxing and kickboxing techniques.

Beyond physical fitness, we focus on developing transferable skills that benefit athletes across various sports and prepare individuals for the demands of daily life. Our training instills mental toughness, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure—essential qualities both in and out of the ring.
